Kevin Beacon of Medway VTS informs us that there have been several recent breaches of the exclusion zone. To put it simply, pleasure craft must keep at least 150 metres away from the terminal. If a tanker is present, the exclusion zone increases to 250 metres. See relevant Notice to Mariners
