Include in our meeting will be a presentation on Medway’s bid for City of Culture 2025.

Our AGM and quarterly business meeting will be held by Zoom on Tuesday 24 November at 7pm. Please ensure that your club or organisation is represented. It will not be possible to hold the MSBA Business Meeting at Medway Yacht Club, on Tuesday, 30 June 2020, due to the Government COVID-19 restrictions. So, we intend to hold the meeting as a ZOOM A/V Conference, same date and usual time: 19.00hrs. Invitations to register for the conference will be emailed to the MSBA member club representatives.

The invitation email will give full details for registering and joining the meeting, including telephone admission to the conference. Questions and answers will be managed using the ‘CHAT’ feature, bottom centre of the ZOOM screen on a laptop, or under ‘MORE’ top right on an IPad. This enables you to type your question. Questions will be answered either at the end of an agenda item or at the end of the meeting. Full audio may be available, depending on numbers of participants.’ The meeting host will start the ZOOM meeting process at 18.30hrs to allow anyone who has not experienced the process before to sort out their connection.
Please note that the MSBA business meeting scheduled for 31 March has been cancelled for obvious reasons. The next meeting will be on 30 June at Medway Yacht Club, 7pm, viruses permitting.

Please make sure your club or organisation is represented at the MSBA Annual General Meeting at Medway Yacht Club, Lower Upnor, ME2 4XB on 26 November 2019 at 19.00hrs, followed by a Business Meeting.
At the AGM, there will be the election of officers for the MSBA committee. Please consider volunteering for the committee as there are vacancies.
As this is the last meeting of the year before Christmas, a buffet will be provided free of charge and there is a bar in the clubhouse.

We try to ensure that at least one of our business meetings each year is in the Swale area. Please ensure that your organisation is represented at the meeting.
