New marina proposed at Otterham Creek
Planning permission is being sought for the redevelopment of Clark’s Lodges and Marina at Otterham Creek on Woodgers Wharf, a site currently used as a scaffolder’s yard. With substantial discharge of raw sewage into the river Medway already taking place from live aboard vessels, I wonder if this proposed development will incorporate pump-out facilities for the house boats or whether it will further pollute our river.
