One of our members, John Apps, has been nominated for the British Yachting Awards Sailor of the Year! We would love it if you could share this fantastic news with your members and ask them to support John by casting their vote.

John was the only skipper to complete this year’s grueling Jester Challenge from Plymouth to Newport, Rhode Island, crossing the finish line after more than two months at sea. He battled complex weather systems, gales, and a broken genoa furler to make land—a truly incredible feat of solo ocean racing.
