Wilsonian Sailing Club has decided with much regret to cancel the River Challenge (formerly the Medway Dinghy Regatta) for this year. The event is a major one in the sailing calendar and takes a great deal of organisation and this year has been particularly challenging. The club felt overall that they wouldn’t be able to run a two day event to the high standard that the WSC is accustomed to and this would reflect on the club for future events. It is hoped that the MSBA’s promised sponsorship of the event will still be available next year.
