Elite Sailing is an RYA Training Centre and Sea School. The centre is based at Chatham Marina on the Medway and offers all RYA practical sailing courses and motor cruising courses including Competent Crew, Helmsman, Day Skipper, Coastal Skipper, and Yachtmaster Preparation. The school aims at the highest quality of instruction in a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. The sailing yachts, one Bavaria 46 and 2 Jeanneau 35s, are modern, fast, and comfortable with heated accommodation and superb specifications. Motor cruising training is aboard a luxurious Beneteau Trawler 42. Apart from RYA courses there is a spectacular programme of adventure sailing holidays including trips all around Britain and North West Europe sailing aboard a fast, spacious 46 foot yacht. For aspiring professionals or people who want a direct, effective route to Yachtmaster there is a Fast Track course which combines the finest training with an adventurous sailing experience of a lifetime. Elite Sailing also offers sailing weekends for beginners, race training weekends, and corporate days. Tuition is also available on customers’ own boats and this can include anything from a day’s boat handling training or ICC check-out to a full RYA course.
