Dear All,
It is hard to believe that another busy and eventful year on the River Medway is drawing to a close and that it is time once again for our Annual General Meeting.
Please find attached the proposed agenda for the AGM, together with a copy of the minutes from the 2025 AGM and the minutes of our most recent Business Meeting for your information.

As in previous years, we will be providing light refreshments following the AGM, giving everyone an opportunity to catch up and enjoy some informal conversation.
To assist with catering arrangements, I would be grateful if you could confirm your attendance by emailing the MSBA Secretary at secretary@msba.org.uk no later than Monday 16th November 2026.
