First 4 Boat Training is a small, friendly business which combines the family feel with highly professional instruction to help its clients obtain their boating aspirations. Along with the RYA courses offered we can also provide tailor made instruction on customers own boats, so as to be able to offer the client exactly what they want and need. We provide offshore, river and shore based training classes in Kent. Our courses are based on the River Medway at Allington Marina, near the county town of Maidstone, Kent and also at Chatham Maritime Marina.
We provide motor cruising courses on the tidal Medway at Chatham on our motor boat ‘Foxbury’ a prestige 46 ft and inland waterway courses on the upper non-tidal River Medway on our motorboat ‘Runaway’ – a Seamaster 813.
We offer RYA shorebased courses in the picturesque setting of Allington Marina. Our classes and courses meet the specific RYA requirements to enable us to issue internationally recognised qualifications. The water based courses are safe and fun, conducted by our experienced instructor who understands the different ways people learn, making our courses enjoyable for everyone.
